The oldest hotel in France!! Very nice place, warm and friendly reception staff. Pleasant environment. Downtown. 👍 Don't hesitate if you are in the area.

Beautiful large rooms with excellent beds in the historic center of Langres. We come back.

I had dinner at the restaurant after having an aperitif in the room dedicated to this purpose. Pleasant table with perfectly clean tablecloth and very pleasant black velvet napkins. I had a pike perch fillet and leek fondue accompanied by delicately flavored vegetables and new potatoes and a small puff pastry, the presentation was neat. I particularly appreciated that the chef did not overly salt any of the dishes making up this dish, which is unfortunately too often the case. Nothing was excess, just enough sauce to not cover the taste of the fish. In addition, the service is discreet but attentive to the needs of the guests. Special note on the soundproofing of the premises. Indeed the room was full but we did not have to speak loudly to hear each other. The volume is appreciable and no resonance effect is to be deplored. Thank you to the owners of friendly places with humor. A beautiful, attentive team awaits you in this restaurant.

Great place to stay for the night - large quiet comfortable and clean room, lovely service and very nice little restaurant in the hotel - great stay over.

Charmant hôtel, très bon accueil, salle à manger type vieille France, sobre, chic ! Bon repas ! Chambre confortable, bien équipée. Bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande l'établissement d'autant que le personnel est souriant et aux petits soins. Salle du petit déjeuner moderne et cosy, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour bien commencer sa journée sur le buffet proposé ! Merci à toute l'équipe.
