I did not stay in this hotel but was very pleasantly informed by the hostess Margot who helped me find my way to the Cour Mirabeau! Really happy to have come across this type of professional person!

This Hotel is very pleasant and very well located. All the staff are attentive and very kind. Access to the parking lot is not easy (because of the pedestrian streets), but the receptionist took the time to guide us by telephone until we arrived at the hotel parking lot. Thank you. The room was very clean and the breakfast facing the Cours Mirabeau was perfect. Especially since they had the very good idea of ​​making a breakfast for €9, which is more than enough, and which avoids a huge waste on the part of certain people. Plus we had the chance to meet a celebrity there during our stay which was funny! Thanks to the whole team!

The location is perfect on the most emblematic avenue of Aix-in-provance. The room is a good size, with very nice decoration, comfortable bed and very modern bathroom. The breakfast they offer is very good, since you can eat whatever you want from the restaurant's menu without limit.

Very good hotel and spa but a big downside for the catering. The hotel is very well and quietly located on the Cours Mirabeau. We were in a prestige room. Beautiful room with a nice view of the course. Very good bedding, courtesy tray and mini bar. The welcome was very professional. We were able to leave our suitcases and get information about the city. A very beautiful, pleasant and truly relaxing spa. We enjoyed our time. Only one downside but very important, the catering. Evening meal expensive and not at all qualitative. Pleasant waiters but steak with a lot of nerves, Milanese escalope without taste. Too bad. As for breakfast, a big disappointment for €25. Well received but no buffet, all-you-can-eat service but served on a plate. I waited for a baguette with jam and butter for 1/2 hour! We gave up... See you again!

10/12/2024: On a weekend in Aix, we decide to look for a pizzeria in the old town for lunch. At Jo's it's crowded but the owner suggests that we come back in a moment, which we do and our table is waiting for us. The room is small and it is not easy to sit and move around as the tables are so crowded. Before talking about the cuisine I would like to compliment the owners and the waiters: friendliness, smile, responsiveness, availability... Concerning the cuisine I will be less tender but I must point out that we live less than 45 minutes from the Ligurian coast and are used to eating Italian among Italians....at Jo's, no pizza with a blown edge like at Naples or very large pizzas with crunchy dough like in Rome. Pizza the diameter of the plate, any dough neither soft nor crispy, no mozzarella but a cheese with an aggressive taste like Comté or industrial made especially for pizza makers. As for the price, staggering! In Ventimiglia, the equivalent of what I ate (cheese pizza commonly called Marguerite or Neapolitan) is charged 7.50 or 8.00 euros. I paid 17.00 euros!!!! Given the good reception at Jo, this establishment deserves to stand out from the competition on site. Exit the bad industrial cheese and a short day of training for the pizza maker to make and cook a delicious, soft and at the same time crispy dough like our transalpine friends...
