Grand Patio du Plaza sur Toulouse

Extremely friendly and available staff, However, reservation made for Sunday September 8, we would have appreciated if the hotel had informed us that access to the Capitol Square was closed, we would have changed our reservation. In addition, the prestige room has nothing to do with the photos, no charm, cold 90s modern and without any character.

Great location. Great staff and rooms

Perfect location, super friendly, some speak Spanish. We spent three hours killing time and they invited us to coffee. They offered us food and something to drink again at the hotel's expense. Excellent!

Located in the heart of Toulouse on the Place Capitole we found it to be a very nice hotel. Staff was very helpful and courteous. When I needed a taxi they called, then let me know when it arrived. The room was well appointed and clean. We were satisfied and would return.

A beautiful hotel located in the center of Toulouse. We arrived on Friday to welcome a delegation at the hotel. The staff is excellent, courteous and very friendly! The decoration is certainly old but suits this historic building perfectly. Our thanks to Cassandre and all the staff who worked hard to ensure that our stay and that of the delegation went as smoothly as possible! Thanks also to Gabriel and Wandrille who we had the pleasure of chatting with at the hotel bar. We will definitely return there during our next stay! See you soon.

A PERFECT stay! Nothing negative to say, no downside. The staff is extremely attentive and very friendly. I would particularly like to thank Jeanne, the young work-study receptionist who was able to respond to my not necessarily simple requests! Thank you very much the room was perfect! After the tour of Toulouse City Hall around 10:30, I looked around the city hall square, but it was rainy and windy and cold and I needed a bathroom, so I went to this place I saw while looking for a nearby hotel and asked at the reception, and they kindly guided me even though I was not a guest.
