Granny Smith sur Annecy

Personal opinion: This reflects only my personal experience and I in no way intend to criticize the establishment. I didn't particularly enjoy my meal. I chose a chef's suggestion, but I found the dish rather ordinary, slightly too acidic, and lacking in salt. Overall, it reminded me more of simple, traditional recipes that one could easily make at home, which makes the prices quite high in my opinion. I also found the desserts a bit overpriced, especially €6.50 for a cheesecake, which seems disproportionate. However, I would like to emphasize that the staff remains warm and welcoming. The restaurant is small but seems friendly and popular with a regular clientele. The service was quick.

We went to Granny Smith because we're vegan, and we were looking for a place in Annecy since we were on vacation. We ate really well, and paid a fair price. Everyone was very kind.

This vegetarian restaurant has been around for 10 years and I didn't know about it! What a shame... It's based on a set menu (it changes daily). The food is simple, healthy, and delicious. You shouldn't be hungry after your meal. You'll always receive a warm and genuine welcome. You absolutely must try it! You'll probably be back... just like we will.
