Great concept. You can create your bowl however you want, and there's a lot of variety. I recommend it. Very reasonable price.

The service was lovely, even though we arrived just before closing time. The young man on duty Thursday evening was fantastic in every way: courteous, helpful, patient, and he cleaned the kitchen while we were leaving. Very professional, clean, and good. Perfect and highly recommended.

I think the concept is brilliant! It's fast food, but healthy. You can create your own salad bowl from a wide selection of ingredients, and everything is well-cooked and carefully prepared. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The only slight drawback is that the portion size can sometimes vary depending on who serves you. Most of the time, I've had generously filled bowls, which is very much appreciated and, in my opinion, part of the restaurant's identity. However, I have occasionally been a little disappointed when the portion was smaller. It would be good to standardize the portion sizes across all servers to ensure a consistent experience every time.

The food was good, the atmosphere was nice, but does the boss hire people based on smiles? I mean, you can tell it's a quick cash grab and the employees are like robots, no smiles, no hello, no "enjoy your meal," no goodbye—that's asking too much! There are tons of companies like that in Lyon: I tried this one and I say Next! On to the next one!
