A wonderful culinary experience awaits at this small restaurant, whose chef trained in some of the finest establishments (Troisgros, Bocuse). The cuisine is generous and flavorful, and in the dining room, you're greeted by the manager with a lovely smile and genuine warmth. The service is excellent. If you're ever in Caen, a meal at Les Quatre Bouchons is a must.
