Excellent restaurant in Le Carroz d'Arâches! The setting is pleasant and, above all, the meat was excellent, perfectly cooked and of very high quality. Friendly service and a convivial atmosphere. A very good place, I recommend it 👍

Excellent restaurant, fresh meat, lovely staff. The only downside was the dessert. After a very good meal, I expected a dessert as good as the main course. The woman told me it wasn't homemade. The dessert was industrial and extremely expensive for what it was. The price was slightly high, but the meat was quality.

The dishes are very good, perfectly cooked over a wood fire, very good salads and potatoes cooked over a wood fire too. Impeccable service. The prices are exorbitant. When booking, there was no way to find the menu prices. What a surprise when we arrived! €21 for a children's plate with 2 potatoes, 2 chipolatas, and lamb's lettuce. €29 for a chicken thigh, €31 for salmon en papillote or rib-eye steak. The same side dish for all dishes: 2 baked potatoes, lamb's lettuce salad, and tomato tartare. It was so good, we didn't regret it. Desserts are the opposite. Always expensive, and I don't think any are homemade. €9 for a small, industrially produced crème brûlée "la laitière." It's a very easy dessert to make at home, and a generous portion is enough to end on a good note instead of feeling ripped off. Have your dessert elsewhere if possible.
