Grill Restaurant le Diap sur Cuisery

At midday on the D965 road, we found a restaurant called Le Diap. We went in and were asked if we had a reservation as it was fully booked, but the waitress found us a seat at the counter in front of the grill. And there, we were amazed! All the grilled meats were prepared right in front of us, cooked to perfection (rare and hot inside), served with a beautiful garnish of vegetables on warm plates – a real treat! The desserts were perfect and generous. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. Bravo again to the whole team – true professionals!

The food is great... the staff seems a bit stressed and unfriendly. The decor doesn't really fit a steakhouse, but that's a matter of taste.

I have been coming to this restaurant regularly for many years; it is always a pleasure to eat, the team is top-notch, and the dishes are of good quality and in sufficient quantity.

This was my first time at this restaurant. The welcome was very friendly and helpful. I was in a wheelchair, smiling, well served, and the menu was excellent. The waitresses and all the staff were very kind. I recommend people go and check it out.
