Grill Restaurant le Diap sur Cuisery

A bit disappointed. It's like a cross between a Flunch and a Courtepaille restaurant. The dining room is large but very noisy. The food is what it is: meat, but nothing original. The prices are astronomical in my opinion, especially for lunch. It's ideal for banquets or a group business lunch; otherwise, it's best avoided. The service is friendly but very slow, even though the dining room was almost empty. And seeing the cooks come out to serve is strange. For vegetarians, it's very basic: vegetables picked here and there as side dishes, but without any dietary guidelines or protein/vegetable mix. Access is quick, the parking lot is huge, and there are charging stations for electric vehicles.

At midday on the D965 road, we found a restaurant called Le Diap. We went in and were asked if we had a reservation as it was fully booked, but the waitress found us a seat at the counter in front of the grill. And there, we were amazed! All the grilled meats were prepared right in front of us, cooked to perfection (rare and hot inside), served with a beautiful garnish of vegetables on warm plates – a real treat! The desserts were perfect and generous. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. Bravo again to the whole team – true professionals!

The food is great... the staff seems a bit stressed and unfriendly. The decor doesn't really fit a steakhouse, but that's a matter of taste.

New Year's Eve 2025: perfect food. Very pleasant waitress and an amazing atmosphere with Michel Caputo. It's a shame the service was too fast. Otherwise, top-notch.
