Friendly food, staff and atmosphere

I was invited to the Diap restaurant in Cuisery for my birthday yesterday. It was a wonderful surprise; the place was lovely, and the welcome was very warm, with smiles and friendliness. Once inside, we admired the charming setting and the wood-fired grill in the middle of the room. I thoroughly enjoyed my lamb chops—three beautiful pieces cooked exactly as I had requested, accompanied by a delicious Roquefort sauce, perfectly cooked new potatoes, and a perfect vegetable tian. The service was flawless, with no waiting, and always very friendly and courteous. Not wanting to leave anything behind, I finished nibbling on my chops with my hands, and the owner/waitress immediately brought me a finger bowl. The meal was good; the plates were returned empty, the portions were generous, and the drinks were decent. We mentioned my birthday to our waitress, and when it came time to bring my dessert, I was delighted to have two waiters sing "Happy Birthday" and light a pretty candle. It wasn't planned, and honestly, it was pure joy. Diap offers a lovely variety of dishes, cooked to order. The meat is very flavorful, the place is beautiful, and the soundproofed interior means no road noise. The dining room is lovely, and the parking lot is large. We were delighted and will definitely return, praising the kindness, the excellent taste, and the charming atmosphere of this place. They have a nice menu with reasonable prices, a daily special, and a children's menu. Thank you to the owner and her staff!

We came to treat my partner to a birthday meal, and this place delighted us. We received a perfect welcome. No waiting at all. The explanations when ordering were clear and concise. The waitress and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Their smiles weren't just an extra touch; they were genuinely offered. The service wasn't excessively long. The dishes were beautifully presented and generous. The meat was cooked perfectly. I hadn't informed the restaurant about my partner's birthday beforehand; it was brought up in the meantime by chatting with the staff. And what an added bonus: a lovely candle and a birthday song! What can I say... well, we'll definitely be back, either as a couple or with friends. We highly recommend this place, which offers conviviality, respect, good humor, and the joy of eating. Very good restaurant where meat is cooked over an open fire - the steak was delicious. The staff understood gluten intolerance and were able tp tell me what I couldnt eat and there was plenty I could eat. The creme Brulee was exceptionally good.

A really lovely little place to eat, the service is impeccable and the staff are friendly and smiling. The selection is just right: something for everyone without having to spend ages deciding. I highly recommend it.
