From the moment we were welcomed, we were warmly received by Guy Lassausaie himself and his wife Marie, hosts of rare generosity and kindness. This human warmth is felt in each dish, where culinary art reaches its peak. The plates, true works of art, combine visual beauty and an explosion of flavors. Each bite is an unforgettable experience, the fruit of exceptional know-how. The service, perfect in every way, completes this magical moment. The setting, steeped in history, contributes to making this place legendary. What emerges is an atmosphere that is both elegant and intimate, ideal for enjoying a suspended moment. Déjeuner sans faute du début à la fin . Rapport qualité prix excellent. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation et nous nous sommes régalés. La carte des vins est celle d’un grand restaurant. Nous avons sélectionné 3 bouteilles avec une moyenne de 60 euros (menetou , saint peray, saint estephe ). Service rapide sans pression. Nous avons passé un formidable repas d’anniversaire . La différence avec nos grands étoilés ne se retrouve que dans l’addition… on apprécie et on reviendra plus souvent .
