Exceptional cuisine from starter to dessert. Good price ratio for a starred hotel. The room is very nice, modern and up-to-date. A little disappointed by the service: our server always seemed in a hurry, a little “on the go”… it’s borderline if he turned his back on us when presenting the dishes to us… It’s a shame because otherwise it was a perfect evening!!

During my last visit to Chasselay, I had the pleasure of having lunch at the Guy Lassausaie restaurant, and I must say that the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the warm welcome and attentive service made us feel special. The elegant setting, combining tradition and modernity, creates an atmosphere that is both intimate and welcoming. The cuisine, for its part, is a true gastronomic journey. The chef, with his undeniable talent, presents a menu that pays homage to the richness of local products while incorporating innovative touches. A perfect experience for this dinner. Well-controlled cooking, really good land/sea combinations and what can we say about the really really excellent sauces/juices. For cheese lovers, we may miss the traditional cheese cart for the unique truffled Brie de Meaux which is also very good. To finish, the blood orange dessert was also excellent and full of textures. The lemon one also seemed to be very popular. A real good moment of cooking to (re)discover!

A beautiful place, fine cuisine with delicate flavors, aesthetics on the plate as well as in the space and then just perfect professionals. Special mention to those present on February 23. In short, it's time for you to go!!!!! PS: great moment with the sweetbreads, the crab cake and the candied lemon finger, tangy cream, spoon biscuit, Limoncello cake.
