Absolutely incredible! This isn't our first visit, and we've never been disappointed. Every dish is delicious, and the presentation is exquisite. The service is fabulous; the servers and sommelier are very attentive and offer excellent advice. The value for money is among the best. A huge thank you to the chef and the entire team for this wonderful experience. The restaurant definitely deserves a second star!

Thank you, Guy Lassausaie, for delivering a Michelin-starred experience at a price that doesn't require taking out a loan. The starter menu was already exceptional. Madame Lassausaie, with her great kindness, offered us a very fine wine at a price that some in Lyon should take note of. The setting is understated, modern, and chic, as is the discreet and efficient service. Frankly, if you want to earn your first Michelin star, look no further than this place; the food speaks for itself, and it's perfect just as it is. Bravo!

A warm welcome, refined cuisine, beautifully presented dishes, and very little waiting time between courses. The waiters and waitresses were both very professional and very friendly! Chef Guy Lassausaie truly deserves his title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman of France). Everything is a feast for the eyes and the palate. We highly recommend this restaurant.

An incredible experience; everything was perfect from start to finish. Each dish was as beautiful as it was delicious. The service was impeccable, and the setting superb. They were able to adapt the menus to our dietary restrictions.

This is an authentic French restaurant. Personally, I think it's among the top tier of one-star restaurants. The wine list is excellent, both in terms of selection and price.

Fantastic cuisine, excellent service, and very reasonable prices. A customer-friendly restaurant. If asked which restaurant I would like to visit last in France, I would choose Girasoge without hesitation. Some food photos are missing.

We returned to Guy Lassausaie for my birthday, for a romantic dinner. Even before entering the restaurant, a large parking lot allows you to park immediately nearby. A perfect welcome, a glass of champagne in the lounge, and then we were seated. We chose the "intermediate" menu with petit fours, shrimp, brill fillet, rack of lamb, cheese, and dessert. We paired this meal with a small 2017 Bourgueil and bottles of water. As you can see, we treated ourselves. The service and attention to detail were exceptional. We were thrilled, surprised, and speechless throughout the meal, both by the flavors and the balance of the dishes, and by the service. Flawless in every way... I'll let the photos speak for themselves. Exceptional accompaniment, dishes of the same high standard, all for a very reasonable price. At this level, it's rare, so we highly recommend it.
