From the welcome to the service, everything was impeccable, despite a smaller staff that day. The explanations of the menu and drinks were clear and helpful. (Special mention for the excellent selection of local ciders – a brilliant idea!) As for the food, we were won over: meticulously crafted recipes, original flavor combinations, and high-quality ingredients. A real treat! We also greatly appreciated the values ​​upheld by the restaurant: ethically sourced furniture, respect for local and seasonal produce, and a genuine commitment to offering quality cuisine while supporting the region.
