I'm more used to ordering the H-express and this evening I wanted to try something completely different. I come across a Philly's sandwich with a bun 🥖 sliced ​​beef with peppers and fried onions and I say to myself that's a huge change from the standards of burgers and others. Having received my meal visually it is faithful to the description and the taste but what a surprise to feel this meat minced or even marinated with this mixture of peppers and fried onions!!!! It was masha Allah delicious!!! I wasn't a fan of the addition of cheese but it didn't detract from the refinement of this sandwich which I would recommend insha Allah! Joking aside, being a fan of the series “the Bear”, the Philly’s sandwich made me think of the famous “the beef” sandwich which echoes a famous Chicago sandwich tradition. Thank you H-Express and above all please continue to take good care when cooking this good meat 🥩 sliced ​​and surely marinated which made me fall over. BarakAllah oufikoum to the team!
