Haagen Dazs sur Grenoble

Great atmosphere with the servers, especially Kylian, who was very friendly and funny. I enjoyed chatting with him; he's a really fun-loving server. It's a pleasure to have servers like him. And the ice cream was excellent, made with love and beautifully presented.

Ice cream parlor, they have very few Haagen-Dazs, much to my regret, which I highly recommend! The service is excellent, the staff at the counter are attentive and pleasant. This kind of customer service has restored my faith in retail :) I recommend it for its friendliness, the quality of the ice cream, and the shaded terrace 🙂

Excellent for ice cream with the family. It's hard to find a seat, I think everyone loves it. It's always packed ❤️

Very disappointed by the “Belgian Caramel Waffle.” The photo is extremely misleading and doesn't correspond at all to the product served. It's far from the image shown, especially regarding the two waffles supposedly surrounding the ice cream. This gives a real impression of false advertising, which is regrettable given the price and the expectations created. On the other hand, a positive point for the service: the servers were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. It's a shame the product didn't live up to the customer experience.

Häagen-Dazs ice cream has nothing left to prove in terms of taste, but the sundaes and other treats they offer are really nice and some are quite original. It's still a bit pricey, though.

Thanks to André for his hospitality, we had a good laugh.
