Hakata Choten sur Paris

The ramen restaurant is okay, but I recommend the main location near the Opera House. This one is tiny, dark, and has no air conditioning. The ramen is good but a bit greasy and rather expensive. You'll find much better options in the area or on Rue Sainte-Anne.

Very good ramen and gyozas. Flavorful and generous portions. (Minor complaint about the plastic drinking cups ☹️)

Authentic Fukuoka ramen: the service is very fast, the broth is flavorful, the noodles are thin and firm, the toppings are well-executed, and the meat is melt-in-your-mouth tender. A particular favorite is the tonkotsu ramen with black garlic.

Excellent! It was an explosion of flavors, unlike anything I've ever experienced, the best ramen I've ever tasted, with extremely fast service! :)

Their ramen broth is one of the best I've ever had. I think that explains why they're so expensive (compared to other ramen shops), but that doesn't stop me from thinking it's a bit pricey. It's the kind of ramen where you can find cheaper alternatives elsewhere, not irreplaceable. If you just eat regular ramen without meat or eggs, it feels bland and something's missing, missing out on a large part of the fun of eating ramen... So I'd rather go somewhere else; there are plenty of ramen shops these days, they're pretty competitive. The staff are all very friendly. And the shop might be a little small.
