Hana Sushi sur Paris

This place is so good! I’m not even vegan at all and I love fish: this place was SO good. The gyoza, cauliflower tempura, soba roll, kimbap and futomaki with tofu in it were all so delicious. Super creative and exciting to eat something different. Really cool flavours, very unique and not something I’ve had before. So yummy! Would highly highly recommend. We also loved our waitress.

I had a beautiful vegan menu at Bloom Sushi, starting with delicious vegan Gyoza. The sushi was fresh, creative, and very tasty. It's not the cheapest experience, but worth it for such great quality. And most importantly, no animal had to die for this tasty food. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for great vegan sushi in Paris! Have been there multiple times. Always great, always good. Was there again, and still delicious 😋🤤

Disappointing experience overall. The vegan sushi was decent, but not memorable. Compared to other vegan sushi spots, the menu felt uninspired and focused mostly on imitating traditional fish-based options (salmon, tuna, shrimp) rather than creating original, flavor-forward combinations that stand on their own. The standout was the drinks: well-made, generous pours, and genuinely enjoyable. Unfortunately, the food didn’t reach the same level.

Im not vegan but I love creative sushi and this definitely satiated my craving!! Pricey but not overly so. The soy sauce is a bit too salty and does not taste the best but other than that it was perfect The cocktail choice is also super original!
