Type 1 fun. The steak didn’t last long and neither did my clothes. The waiter recommended great wine and food followed by an array of aperitifs. My favourite was bright green and described as ‘gasoline’. There’s a wall of fame if you give it enough large ones post dinner they’ll get you up there. Italian chef was superb also.

At the foot of the seafood market at Les Halles de Biarritz is Haragia, a monument to basque steak and pork. We ordered a Basque paté, charcuterie, a pork chop, a veal chop and Txuleta, a basque bone-in ribeye. Each so good we shared with everyone at the table. Served with fries and a simple salad. I plan on a guy's night out next week. 5 🥩.
Call for a reservation and arrive exactly at 7pm.

This place was recommended to us by a friend, and we absolutely loved it!
We highly recommend the mini chorizos as a starter—they're amazing! 😁
The welcome was truly lovely, the service was quick, the atmosphere was great, and the meat was perfect!
If we had to make one small comment, it would be about the portion of fries, which left us wanting a little more... But that's just a minor detail. 😉
Highly recommended!

A very enjoyable evening; the owner, Basile, is very warm and welcoming!
The rib of beef and the veal chop were perfect… perfectly cooked and of superb quality!
The side of fries AND salad was delicious… with 80s-style background music…
Small dining room for an intimate atmosphere…
