Great menu, great food, great team, great service

While visiting the Croix-Rousse flea market on a Sunday, we had the chance to try the bagels at Best Bagels. A varied selection, vegetarian options, a very good side, and a superb dessert—we thoroughly enjoyed them. The service was quick and friendly; we'll be back!

The bagels were good, although the quality of the ingredients was below average. It's a shame the waiter was so unpleasant: neither smiling, nor accommodating, nor welcoming. Then I asked for water: the water or the glass must have been dirty because the water was dirty. Great...

Great vegetarian options, we loved it and the atmosphere was fantastic! I highly recommend it!

I ordered about thirty vegan bagels for my birthday, and it was perfect from start to finish. They made sure I didn't have to wait, the service was warm, everything was well packaged, and the recipes were excellent! I even received compliments from non-vegans, which says a lot… I'll definitely be ordering from you again for the next occasion ☺️

The best part: Retro atmosphere, vintage frames on the walls. The service is very fast, the team is super organized. I loved the attention and responsiveness to the customer. The smiles are there too, and that's really nice! The manager is young and dynamic; she doesn't hesitate to give you details about the menus. She's been running her best bagel shop for 7 years now... The menus are very varied, there's something for everyone. The hot dogs and bagels are generous and delicious. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. (The tables and restrooms are spotless!!). Thank you to the whole team; I'll be back for the smiles and also for the delicious food. 😜 Passing through in April 2026 and still fantastic: thank you team!!

Hello, I placed an order yesterday via Uber Eats for a bagel meal with a dessert and a drink. Not wanting to drink my orange Minute Maid with the meal, I saved it for the next morning. This morning, upon opening the can, I quickly realized it didn't taste right. After checking, I found the expiration date was May 31, 2023… (photo attached). It's 2026, though. It really needs to be checked on your products to avoid this kind of situation. 😱

As a vegan, I'm thrilled to have a place where I can eat with all my loved ones, regardless of their dietary needs. The staff is friendly and efficient, the vegan options are varied and creative—it's definitely a place I recommend.
