Heliotel sur Hyeres

A magnificent, rejuvenating stay on this zen island. We had almost all our meals in the hotel restaurant as we appreciated the variety and quality of the menu...the setting added to the pleasure of the meal 🤩 The swimming pool is also very very pleasant and quiet. We were able to buy a little "souvenir" in Julie's shop which offers pretty clothes.... In short, we will come back ❤️

I recently stayed at the Heliotel on the Ile du Levant and could not have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. What really set them apart was their genuine warmth and compassion—they treated us like part of their family, making the entire stay feel personal and welcoming. The hotel itself is a gem. The restaurant is outstanding, easily rivaling the best metropolitan dining experiences with its fresh, beautifully prepared dishes. The pool and garden area offer a tranquil escape, and the views of the Mediterranean are absolutely breathtaking. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, and I can wholeheartedly recommend the Heliotel for anyone looking for an exceptional getaway.

We have always enjoyed sharing Sunday brunches at Heliotel. Except this year. The price increase (from 35 euros to 42 euros, which is also displayed at 38 euros on the website!) for a buffet below previous years. In addition we were placed closely on the back terrace, the table was wobbly, our glasses spilled, no one came to clean up. The music was extremely loud, even unpleasant, a lot of people (too many), the pleasure and friendly atmosphere of previous years faded and gave way to a commercial operation which aims to be profitable, a little far from the mind of the Levant. (Completely personal opinion which is ours only).

Reviews for the restaurant. A dinner for two was perfect! Super friendly and attentive service, the dishes were delicious and perfectly seasoned (we wanted a little more), the desserts were also very good (and a little too heavy). With that a magnificent view and attention since my birthday :) thank you I will come back!

Dîner hier soir, en couple, table avec vue magnifique sur la mer, décoration de goût, et surtout un repas délicieux avec beaucoup de créativité, le niveau gastronomique est vraiment haut de gamme. Bravo, à l'équipe.

What hotel ! But what a superb hotel! The largest swimming pool on the island! A restaurant with a sea view and elegantly decorated. The dishes are good, simple, and not that expensive. The service is impeccable and with a smile! The rooms have air conditioning and are very well decorated. You have to budget, but if you have it, then this is the place to go! It is the only hotel on the island. On Sundays there are gigantic brunches!

Beautiful view! Quite a climb to get there. Nice atmosphere. Hostess Julie is super nice. Good food and nice room. Beautiful experience. Beautiful memories.
