Excellent food: simple, efficient, fresh, flavorful, generous portions, and inexpensive. No complaints. The evening we were there, there were no other customers besides us, and I confess I don't quite understand why—perhaps because it's isolated? In any case, it has nothing to do with the food, because it's truly delicious. Go and give it a try!

24/04/2026: Super-caring and friendly staff chased us down to hand over a smartphone left behind: THANK YOU! Banh Mi is non-traditional, chicken and cucumbers not shredded, a bit tame and under-spiced (à la France?) but most certainly tasty, satisfying, and reasonably priced. Vietnamese coffee was well balanced. Quiet street and quiet, intimate restaurant with good food and great staff

26/03/2026: Mai Thai One is one of my favorite restaurants in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. There's a good selection (soups, stir-fried noodles, beef loc lac, tripe with salt and pepper, prepared dishes, etc.). The portions are generous and delicious. The atmosphere is family-friendly, the welcome is warm, and the service is quick. I go there quite often between noon and 2 p.m. and I've never been disappointed. Good value for money. I highly recommend this restaurant.
