Excellent, truly Vietnamese restaurant!
The banh cuon, banh mi, and bo bun are all excellent! Fresh and flavorful!
I also ordered the lemongrass pork skewers... Absolutely delicious and very tasty!

I ordered lunch today. The service was excellent and fast. The prices for the lunch specials didn't bother me. I had a salad which was good and a generous portion. My friend had a banh mi which she liked, but it lacked filling and sauce.

I work right next to Xinh Xinh, and one day I went in completely by chance for lunch. I ordered a Bo Bun… and since that day, I've been completely hooked! I eat it almost every day; I never get tired of it. The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are amazing, and the service is always friendly.
And I can't finish without mentioning their caramel flan… It's a real winner! ❤️ It's simply incredible—creamy, decadent, and perfectly balanced. If you're ever in the area, don't leave without trying one!

Very nice restaurant, very welcoming, excellent value for money, the food is very good, and above all, delicious! The cuisine is excellent, everything is homemade. The Bo Bun is generous and delicious, I highly recommend it! There are several set menus priced between €15 and €25. You can eat in or take away; prices vary depending on what you order.
I recommend it.

Simply delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and crispy! I'll never tire of coming back for their XL bò bún and spring rolls.
Plus, the brothers who run the restaurant make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door—not easy to find in Paris. Always warm and welcoming.
And to finish, a homemade flan! 🫠

It's still one of the best spots in Paris for bo-buns, among other things... Takeaway or eat in. I often stop by when I'm in the neighborhood. I recommend it! (In 2026: still just as good and with a seasonal menu... getting better and better!)

A true neighborhood gem ✨
In just two days, we've already been twice… and we can see why!
The Vietnamese cuisine is absolutely delicious, authentic, bursting with flavor, with that homemade touch we love. Everything is prepared with care, and it shows.
And above all, the service is incredible: the brothers who run the restaurant are lovely, always smiling and attentive. You really feel at home there.
A precious place that we're thrilled to have right near our home!
