A delightful and surprising culinary journey for our taste buds… 🧀 first with the rind, then without… Everything is savored, right down to the subtle sweetness in the center of the platter. Martin observes, takes his time, and asks questions with great kindness and openness to figure out where to take us… Bingo!
And for lovers of 🍷 NATURAL WINES (no additives or added sulfites, to put it simply), Martin has a cellar full of hidden gems 😃, some truly wonderful discoveries!

A cheese shop we frequent regularly and where we always have a wonderful time! The products are delicious, of high quality, and we always receive excellent advice. Everything is explained with passion and kindness, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
The welcome is warm, the atmosphere friendly, and you really feel at ease. It's always a pleasure to eat here, in a place where everything is designed for a great time.
In short, a top-notch place that we wholeheartedly recommend!

Martin and Cow has combined a specialty cheese and charcuterie shop with a wine bar in a truly successful way. The wine selection is excellent, and the advice is expert and perfectly suited to each glass.
The concept is extremely well thought out: The wine bar serves the very same high-quality cheese and charcuterie specialties that are sold in the shop during the day. This guarantees no food waste, and guests have the opportunity to purchase the products they've sampled on-site to take home. Everything is presented with care, and the products are explained expertly upon request.
The ambiance is very appealing and harmonious. A truly compelling overall experience that we highly recommend and would gladly visit again.

During a spontaneous weekend getaway, we stumbled upon this restaurant. The welcome was more than friendly, with excellent advice on wine and cheese, and above all, a smile! And the icing on the cake is that it's not too expensive for this quality. I'll recommend it to my friends.

During our visit to St. Valery-sur-Somme last year, we stumbled upon this cheese bar and it was a wonderful discovery. We ordered a cheese and charcuterie platter, and the owner took the time to describe each cheese and tell us how to begin our tasting. This year, while in the area, we made a special detour to eat there. The buffalo milk Camembert was delicious.

A very warm welcome, a friendly atmosphere, an incredible selection of cheeses, charcuterie, and drinks, and highly professional service and advice. Reservations are strongly recommended if you want to eat in. I highly recommend it.
