We hired Marie to cater a buffet for 40 people for a wedding. She was very professional and efficient both before and after the big day, whether it was giving us samples of the menu or advising us beforehand. On the wedding day, she was very attentive to our requests regarding practical matters, and above all, the buffet was delicious! Four of us out of 40 were vegan, but everyone loved the originality, the flavors, and Marie's work. We received countless compliments on the buffet. We recommend her 1000%!

We hired Marie as a private chef for a group of seven. The pre-event planning was impeccable, and her service was flawless. A good portion of our group isn't vegetarian or vegan, yet everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal and appreciated discovering new dishes. A special mention goes to the caramelized apricots with rosemary, which were delicious!

The buffet was an undeniable success, even with those who are usually reluctant to eat. The cakes were great too. We booked well in advance, and the planning was clear and straightforward. We were very pleased with the variety and quality! The quantity was also very generous; there was no need to order extra. The staff were very friendly as well. I highly recommend it!

Excellent experience; if you're looking for a gift idea for young adults, this is ideal. I chose to give a Christmas present to my three children and my vegetarian daughter-in-law. Marie came to our tiny kitchen one Saturday morning to lead a cooking workshop with them, taking care of everything. They had a wonderful time together, and after a few hours of preparation, we were able to enjoy a delicious and original complete meal with varied flavors and textures. Everyone was able to personalize the presentation of their plates. Just talking about it brings back memories of the pleasure of looking at and eating that meal. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
