As usual, Hippo was nothing special. Good products. Friendly but slow and noisy service.

We had a very good experience at Hippopotamus Franconville, and a special mention to Kasvarr who looked after our table. He was a remarkably kind and friendly waiter, yet very natural. His service was attentive, efficient, and impeccable, without ever being overbearing: exactly the right balance that makes for a truly enjoyable meal. Thank you to him for his warm welcome and professionalism; we had a wonderful time.

A 45-minute wait for the main course. A flop, accompanied by a 20% discount. The meal itself was very good, it's a shame. Hopefully, this blunder was a one-off.
