A most distracting service due to the incompetence of the servers. A group of young people are serving and are the caricature of people who don't want to be there at all: they drag their feet, pout, wander around the restaurant aimlessly, heckle between the tables and apostrophe from one end of the room to the other The manager is clearly exasperated and it shows. If your table is not interesting, put it close to the kitchen, because you will be able to enjoy all these little people, because it seems to be their break room and you will hear all their conversations and laughs, but also thoughts about the customers in the room. Finally, your table will be for whoever wants it and everyone comes to serve you, or not, to clear you, or not. As a result, no one follows your table and you will have to ask for water, the cards will remain, you will have chips twice but no water, etc. On the other hand, we also had a young waiter (Nike t-shirt) who was great! The Roquefort sauce clearly smelled like the fridge and the steaks had a very strong grease taste. In short, we love this franchise but we won't come back to this restaurant.

Nous y sommes allés jeudi 1 février. Restaurant calme car peu de monde donc point positif. Nous avons commandé 2 mojitos sans saveur et beaucoup trop sucré et surtout pas pétillant. Nous avons demandés à les changer se que le serveur à fait sans discuter mais pour nous ramener les mêmes🤨 8,5€ pour 1 mojitos sans pierrier mais avec un soda sans bulles et le rhum je le cherche encore... sinon bon repas, viande tendre et de qualité mais quelle ne fut pas ma surprise quand à 21h50 la serveuse vient à notre table avec l'addition et nous dit qu'il ferme dans 5mn.... quelle dommage de finir un repas comme ça. Je n'y reviendrais pas.

Burger et frites plutôt bien mais service désastreux et le manager qui passe un savon à un employé en lui criant dessus en cuisine est inapproprié et désagréable ! J'aurai aimé un peu plus de frites et une partie de la salle est à peine éclairée. Pas sûr d'y retourner car même si la nourriture était bonne l'expérience a été désagréable
