The welcome is fantastic, the service is excellent, the menu is extensive, and the dishes are delicious and full of Southwestern flavors. Thank you for this heartwarming place, especially when our cities are overflowing with fast food. It's good for the soul to eat a hearty cassoulet and take the time to savor a good red wine, brimming with sunshine and the warmth of the Southwest. I stumbled upon this restaurant quite by chance during an early morning stroll and was very pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the food. I wholeheartedly recommend this traditional southwestern restaurant; it's a real treat! The staff is friendly, and the regulars create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

A Basque beer, a Basque cassoulet, a Basque cheesecake. The food is always excellent and the service is always so friendly. I just regret not going more often... ;)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chez Papa in Cachan: a fantastic discovery! The escargots are simply spectacular, prepared in a variety of ways and all worth trying. The meat is excellent, cooked to perfection, with a wide variety of options. And then there are the rich salads with ham and fantastic French cheeses. The atmosphere is lovely, pleasant, and above all, the food is amazing! 😍🇫🇷 And I'm telling you honestly: if you come to Paris and don't stop by here, you haven't understood anything about life! 😂 Even if you're used to the restaurants and bars in central Paris, take a trip to the outskirts and come to Cachan. Here you'll find cuisine, quality, and a genuine atmosphere, far from mass tourism. Chez Papa gets top marks. Definitely worth returning! 👏🇫🇷

There aren't enough stars to rate this restaurant. I savored every bite. I've never eaten such tender veal onglet. The brioche French toast was divine. The waitstaff were kind and professional. In short, pure bliss.
