Excellent quality food. Service was a bit slow, which is a shame.

My husband and I came for dinner and had a wonderful time. 😊 A huge thank you to the waitresses, especially Soraya, who were absolutely lovely from beginning to end—smiling, efficient, and truly professional. It's so nice to receive such pleasant service! We ate very well; the dishes were delicious, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. We have absolutely no complaints and had a fantastic evening.

My son, my husband, and I came to eat here. The food was good, and our waitress, Soraya, was a gem—super kind and always smiling. It's rare to see waitresses like her these days. We'll definitely be back, largely thanks to Soraya.

I came to eat at Hippopotamus after my movie and had a wonderful time! 🥰 The staff were absolutely lovely. We asked them several times for help with our different requests, and they were always smiling, patient, and very kind. It had been a while since my last visit, and I was pleasantly surprised by the great atmosphere in the restaurant. ✨ The food was also delicious and perfectly cooked. In fact, we finished everything! 😋 I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back much more often now! ❤️

The waiter (Yohann) who looked after our table was exceptional. It was a pleasure to benefit from his expertise and friendliness. We appreciated (and my husband even more so) his bartending skills thanks to the superb iris coffee he expertly prepared for him.

We had a wonderful time with impeccable, efficient, and friendly service from Jade. During the meal, we were looking for bread, and Jade, following her advice, found the perfect solution: dessert! Brioche French toast! There it was at last! What a delightful experience, thank you so much.

My wife and I came for dinner this evening and ordered two of the "Coup de Cœur" menus. I especially wanted to highlight Yoan's professionalism. His attitude, the way he welcomed us, and his attentiveness to our table throughout the meal truly made all the difference. It's quite rare and worth mentioning: thanks to him, we genuinely felt like we were being served in a real restaurant, with attentive, professional, and personal service. In a chain like Hippopotamus, where you might sometimes expect a more standardized service, having someone so dedicated completely transforms the experience. Thank you to Yoan for his professionalism and positive attitude. It's definitely the kind of service that makes you want to come back.

We went for dinner because we really like this restaurant chain. The service and food quality were, as always, very good. Hugo was very attentive and spoke to us in Spanish. Whenever we go to France, we look for this chain because we love everything about it!
