We had lunch at this restaurant today, having been familiar with this franchise in several cities. Our satisfaction was below average. The service was far too slow, even though the restaurant was only half full. Despite this, we waited for our dessert. We couldn't get a receipt; it would be sent to our email address, even though they don't have it. There was no itemized bill... This restaurant isn't part of the "La Bonne App" loyalty program, unlike many other Hippopotamus restaurants. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

I came to eat here a week ago. The staff has changed, but the atmosphere is great. The servers are friendly and attentive. Samia and Stéphanie are very nice, and the food isn't bad. The only downside was the parquet floor. When I arrived, the parquet was sticky, and upon closer inspection, I noticed that some areas seemed ingrained with dirt. A good scrubbing wouldn't hurt to make the restaurant more lively and pleasant. Slightly better-balanced cocktails would also be a plus. Best of luck with the improvements.

We were lucky enough to have Sullyvan as our waiter – a professional, efficient, and funny guy too! Honestly, keep him, he's worth more than the coffee machine! 😁

21/06/2026: A very family-friendly restaurant! The portions are very generous, and it was delicious! I recommend it.
13/06/2026: I wanted to give a positive review to encourage the new owners. As for the menu and the dishes, nothing has changed; it's still just as good and well-presented. I read a comment saying they didn't have a wide selection of drinks. Tonight, they had everything: Coke, Cherry Coke, Oasis, etc. The same goes for the meat options; they had everything. And we were told right away when we arrived that there were no more pizzas for that evening. It's true that very young girls are serving, as I also read in another review. Well, I take my hat off to these young ladies; despite their young age, they are very serious and polite. They take orders seriously, serve, clear tables, clean up... They're helping their parents, and I think that's fantastic when you see young people today who are so used to having everything. The organization is indeed not yet fully developed, but we will return to support this family who dared to take the plunge.

27/06/2026: So, everything is fine in terms of food, service, and price, but there's no ventilation or the ventilation is faulty, and the heat is almost unbearable.
27/06/2026: We went to Hug restaurant with a couple of friends to try their famous steak tartare. No complaints there. However, the stifling heat in the restaurant somewhat spoiled our meal. I think the owner should consider investing in an air conditioning system or efficient ventilation soon. When you see all the customers trying to cool off with fans and menus, not to mention those splashing water on their faces in the restrooms... I think this situation needs serious consideration.
