Still as excellent as ever! The lobster and octopus duo is delicious, and the blueberry dessert is a real treat!

We dined at L’Estérel restaurant in Mulhouse, and it was an excellent experience! The food was delicious, absolutely nothing to complain about. The service was impeccable: quick, efficient, and always attentive. We appreciated the complimentary little treats and appetizers, which added an even more delightful touch to the meal. The owners are lovely and very welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A place we highly recommend!

Hippopotamus Mulhouse Dornach

03/10/2026: A perfect family outing with friendly staff and excellent food! Important point: the restrooms were very clean, but the baby feeding gate (although sturdy) creaked a lot, which worried me a bit at first.
21/09/2026: The place is nice, but the food is nothing special. The meat was overcooked. The portions were small. And the price is very high, far too high for what it is. Decorating alone isn't enough to make a restaurant. At this price, a McDonald's or a regular restaurant would have been a thousand times better. Really disappointed.
