Incredible service this lunchtime with a fantastic waiter named Stéphane who was quick, friendly, and very pleasant to talk to. Highly recommended and will definitely be back! 👍🏻 Very good quality food

A warm and welcoming place, conveniently located near the hotel, this restaurant is a comfortable spot to enjoy a good meal after a long day! They offer a nice variety of meats and sauces. The staff is excellent, very responsive and friendly (and even a bit like first-aiders!). I come here very often and I recommend you do the same 😉

Thank you to Elise for her kindness, professionalism, and smile. Thanks to her, we had a lovely evening and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. When we're next in Troyes, we'll definitely stop by Hippopotamus.

09/05/2026: A 50cl carafe of rosé for €22 is a bit much! I don't think we'll ever go back! The problem is, the 75cl bottle of rosé on your menu is also €22!
