I had previously given 5 stars for the kitchen, but during our last visit: disappointment! Tartar with a knife milled like sausage meat! Very unpleasant! Blue entrecôte which was rather medium. Hopefully it was just an “accident.” On the other hand, a nice commercial gesture to compensate for this situation!

I went to this restaurant twice, a little disappointed with the value for money. The original ax is really not plentiful for the price, a disappointment. However, the cocktails are excellent.

board to share with friends for 3 people, high price for a small amount of charcuterie. the dishes are good and well cooked, generous dessert and above all yasmina our very friendly, smiling and competent waitress. we had a good evening

Le Poulailler

09/07/2025: Great spot for a lavish drink or a gourmet lunch, the best vegan burger in the region! I might come back just for the gratin. The welcome has been excellent since the reopening.
04/07/2025: Honestly brilliant. Having lived in Beglès for a decade, I've known Le Poulailler for a long time now. It's an institution, even though I used to go there less and less... BUT since the restaurant took over, I can only recommend stopping by to eat (special mention to the vegetarian buns and the chicken salad!), have a coffee in the fresh air, or just relax on Friday evenings! Thanks to Stas and Léa, it's a real hit for me! Value for money, delicious food, friendly atmosphere, and occasional events! We missed it, thank you, thank you.

29/09/2024: Very nice room, accommodating staff for an advanced breakfast.
27/09/2024: Very attentive staff, who took my meal order by phone despite my late arrival. The meals were very generous and excellent.
