27/03/2024: On a rainy evening in Bordeaux, it was a delight to come across Le Chiopot. Highly recommended. Lovely food. Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff.
21/03/2024: I didn't know about this emblematic restaurant in the Bordeaux area and it was time to do something about it after 23 years of living in the region.
The menu is very beautiful, whether in terms of meat or seafood.
That said, the reputation of the restaurant having been built on meat products, you have to have fun with it.
I enjoyed tricandilles followed by a 1/2 breast of rossini duck with small vegetables and Bordeaux porcini mushrooms (it's the season we were in October) perfectly prepared.
The wine and digestive list is magnificent, every wine enthusiast will find what they are looking for.
An essential address not to be missed.

Everything was very good from the flavored Greek salad to an extra homemade cod brandade and a good dessert in a friendly atmosphere at a very affordable price. My daughters and I had a pleasant break before my mother's funeral. mother. I highly recommend this good address and its friendly boss and her smiling waitress
15/01/2024: The boss is lovely as are the staff.. we love going for coffee in the morning with my husband after dropping our daughter off at school when we can.
We ate there, the couscous was delicious and the flank steak was excellent, everything was perfect.

Chef who has traveled the world and who mixes the ingredients of self-service dishes (prices identical to by weight) with subtlety and finesse, Varied organic cuisine every day in search of taste until the end.
29/03/2024: Superb discovery, all the dishes are made in house with the majority of organic ingredients.
A little surprised at first because there was no reception.
After waiting a few minutes in line, you arrive at a starter and main course buffet, each as appetizing as the next. Then head to the weigh-in 😉
The succulent desserts also... the friendly team. Superb address for lunch. WELL DONE

Welcome and service at the top.ba small downside, restaurant not very large and always full so not easy to approach the buffet and a little noisy.bbut I recommend this restaurant!

26/03/2024: Came one afternoon by chance, I recommend this place. Meal break atmosphere, but nevertheless very pleasant and warm room. Excellent salad, delicious and composed of fresh produce, delicious bacon and gizzards of quality and soft as can be. The staff is very efficient and pleasant. I saw plates pass by, each one more appetizing than the other. This restaurant also opens 2 evenings a week, I will definitely come back.

04/04/2024: Nice restaurant, next door Mercure hotel Troyes. Ordered table via app. Upon entering, immediately welcome and nice waiters. The food is excellent. Excellent house wine. At the end of your dinner, you hardly see any waiters anymore, they are eating themselves. Downside, so 1 star less on the service. We wanted to order something, but no one came. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner, as is the center of Troyes
