Very good restaurant. Varied and friendly.

We visited the restaurant last night and ordered the €40 Bib Gourmand menu. It was excellent value for a three-course dinner, with several interesting choices for both the starter and main course. The ingredients were fresh and the dishes were nicely presented. I especially liked that the menu offered a good mix of traditional French flavors and more modern combinations. Even the bread was very good—they warmed it up before serving, which was a small but very nice touch. The portions were well balanced, so we could enjoy all three courses without feeling overly full. The service was friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere made for a very pleasant evening. For €40, the Bib Gourmand menu offers very good quality for the price. Definitely a restaurant I would recommend if you are looking for a good French dining experience in the area.

For our 15th wedding anniversary, the team at Histoire Ancienne made it a truly wonderful occasion. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and very attentive. Thank you for this wonderful moment.
