First experience at this restaurant, which is quite well-rated but not Michelin-starred... The decor is pleasant, with a touch of old-fashioned charm. The descriptions of the dishes don't live up to the contents of the plates. A very small piece of beef costing over €30... the quality/price ratio is lacking. As for the service... The waiters are friendly and approachable, it's a shame about the head waitress who seems to have left her smile in the kitchen... A little smile and some kindness towards the customers would have been appreciated... 😉😉

Two days in a row discovering and enjoying this establishment. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the attentiveness to our needs, the delicious food, the quality of the presentation and service, all at a very reasonable price. A big thank you for these moments of peaceful bliss. I will gladly return on my next visit to Calais. Highly recommended! 😍

This restaurant is truly amazing!! We walked in by chance and were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and the friendly service. The biggest surprise was the food, which was really delicious! Highly recommended!

A warm welcome and a genuine desire to create a pleasant experience. The presentation and taste of the dishes made us forget the two or three minor service errors, which were quickly rectified.

06/06/2026: We had lovely food and mainly good service here . Beautiful asparagus with excellent hollandaise. My sole Meunière was excellent . BUT I was very upset that my allergy was not taken seriously. I was nearly given a soup containing alcohol . I very clearly stated this would make me ill . The waiter was very sloppy about this and did not take it seriously . This situation should never happen and should be addressed immediately . What a shame for this to happen in a very good restaurant .
04/06/2026: Delicious good and a must try in Calais. Dessert is such a surprise.
