The menu seems simple, which is actually a very good sign because everything is homemade. The title of Master Restaurateur is well-deserved. All the flavor combinations are excellent; the peppercorn sauce and the béarnaise are to die for. All five of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The welcome and service are pleasant. Note that reservations are essential. Go without hesitation (but bring your taste buds! 😁)

One of the best restaurants in Calais, it's always a pleasure to discover the dishes on the menu. The portions are generous and truly excellent; I don't think I've ever been disappointed! Thank you!

A restaurant I discovered by chance, and what a happy accident it was! A high-quality restaurant thanks to its excellent food and impeccable service. Moreover, for this level of quality, the price is reasonable. A great place to remember.

First experience at this restaurant, which is quite well-rated but not Michelin-starred... The decor is pleasant, with a touch of old-fashioned charm. The descriptions of the dishes don't live up to the contents of the plates. A very small piece of beef costing over €30... the quality/price ratio is lacking. As for the service... The waiters are friendly and approachable, it's a shame about the head waitress who seems to have left her smile in the kitchen... A little smile and some kindness towards the customers would have been appreciated... 😉😉

16/07/2026: Still a bit under construction, but it's discreet nonetheless...the electronic roulette area is air-conditioned, but there is air conditioning elsewhere...they must be fixing the problem...great selection of beautiful machines cleaned regularly, charming staff, complimentary snack at lunchtime, much appreciated, which is definitely not the case elsewhere...thank you....we will gladly return next Wednesday. ☺️

06/06/2026: We had lovely food and mainly good service here . Beautiful asparagus with excellent hollandaise. My sole Meunière was excellent . BUT I was very upset that my allergy was not taken seriously. I was nearly given a soup containing alcohol . I very clearly stated this would make me ill . The waiter was very sloppy about this and did not take it seriously . This situation should never happen and should be addressed immediately . What a shame for this to happen in a very good restaurant .
04/06/2026: Delicious good and a must try in Calais. Dessert is such a surprise.
