We had a wonderful meal; the service was quick and discreet. The gyozas were delicious! As was the katsudon! A place worth discovering!

Excellent! By far the best Japanese restaurant in Valencia! I recommend it 100%... refined sushi, quality ingredients, and a very warm welcome. Still at its best in 2025 with hot dishes and an expanded menu (katsudon, ramen, chicken teriyaki). We recently tried the katsudon (breaded cutlet) to go and it was delicious. The hot dishes really add something special to the menu.

I had the chance to go to Japan for a few days to a few weeks about forty times, so I know it quite well, especially its cuisine. This restaurant in Valencia was a happy surprise! And one of the only ones of its kind in France where the cuisine comes very close to the tastes found in Japan. The owner is Japanese, which never happens in Japanese restaurants in France, and that may explain why. 99.9% of Japanese leftovers in France are operated by Chinese or Vietnamese, which may also explain why the French have become accustomed to tastes in Japanese restaurants that have little to do with the original. And therefore, comments are worthless. (Go eat a paella in Valencia, Spain, you will see that this dish has absolutely nothing to do with the fanciful French versions @)
