We received a very warm welcome. Fresh water was offered to our dogs as soon as we arrived. The staff is attentive, the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, and we loved our meal (veggie burger and melon soup). Highly recommended.

Ho Bistro is a true institution in our family. We go there almost every Saturday, and we even celebrated our son's 18th birthday there. It's home-style cooking, sincere and generous. Everything seems simple, unpretentious, like a meal at home with friends. Yet behind every plate, there's hard work, flavor, consistency, and above all, a lot of heart. Homemade dishes, excellent ingredients, well-chosen wines, and a dedication to quality from the kitchen to the service. Bravo to Louane and Quentin and their team, for who you are and for everything you share every day. We feel so comfortable there, and that's precious.

The daily special was excellent. But I expected better for dessert. I still recommend it though :)

Everything was perfect: a warm welcome, quick and efficient service, and delicious, generous portions, including a divine carrot and cumin Tatin. Just steps from the abbey church: both are equally unmissable.
