Attention Châtelet night owls, This Japanese restaurant is one of those discreet yet reliable spots you keep in mind for late-night meals when you're simply looking for decent food available late into the evening. The establishment offers good quality ingredients, without excessive presentation, but with commendable consistency. I regularly return when I'm in the Châtelet area, precisely because of its accessibility and reliability. The meal was very good, however, it wasn't pleasant that the staff were constantly around us, taking our food as soon as we'd finished. We felt almost pressured to eat quickly or to keep a close eye on us.

16/05/2026: I went there without any particular expectations and left thoroughly impressed. The sushi is fresh, truly fresh (made right in front of you), and the homemade skewers were what surprised me the most—cooked perfectly, well-seasoned, not sloppily prepared like you see all too often. The price is reasonable for the neighborhood. The place is small, quiet, and the service is efficient. I highly recommend it.
13/05/2026: Cheaper than the big, well-known sushi chains, but above all... much better! The service is incredibly friendly. The sushi is truly high quality. The yakiyori has a real Japanese barbecue flavor, and the meat is excellent. Everything tastes authentic. Japanese cuisine is treated with respect.

01/05/2026: A fantastic experience! The welcome was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and warm. The skewers were delicious; some even left us speechless! The counter seating, perfect for watching the chefs, was a real bonus. The waitress explained each skewer and its accompanying sauce, a true delight for the taste buds! We were there for a birthday, and the chef wrote a message in Japanese on our plate to celebrate—a lovely touch! We even had the chance to chat and take a photo with the chef, who was very friendly! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique experience in Paris. To sum it up in five words: a truly timeless moment.
