A wonderful experience, our first time there, it was perfect, we'll definitely be back. A big thank you to the washer who served us throughout the evening and who came to tell us she was leaving because she had finished her shift. Keep up the good work, we'll be back for sure.

This concept can't be compared to other all-you-can-eat buffets; here, you're served on demand, with extra-fresh and generous portions of sushi. My son loves the mackerel sushi and insists that Hoki Sushi is where he eats the best sushi, maki, and stir-fried noodles. It's the only restaurant we go to when we're craving sushi. We went there last night, and it's always a success.

For a Friday night, the service was incredibly slow and disorganized. It's an all-you-can-eat restaurant, but on paper there's no buffet. Table service and small portions are offered. However, the food is fairly good and made on-site, but I've had better.

Excellent experience! The atmosphere is great with music, the hygiene is spotless, and everything is perfect! Definitely try the all-you-can-eat buffet for €20 – it's fantastic!!

As a huge fan of Asian cuisine, and especially sushi, I had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant!! 😃 The food was delicious, served piping hot, honestly, it was fantastic! 😁 The waitresses/waitresses were kind, helpful, and always smiling. The service was quite fast! 😊 The atmosphere was relaxed with background music, which was lovely! 👍 Honestly, the price is really affordable, although, like any all-you-can-eat restaurant, there are some extra charges, so keep an eye on your wallet, haha! 😆 In short, it's a great restaurant!! ☺️

Excellent, this quick cooking method, not dishes that sit around for an hour. It's so good! So many great ingredients: sushi, stir-fried noodles, rice, all kinds of skewers. However, the waiter tonight was a disaster. We asked him to take our order, and he replied, "I'll be right back," because he preferred to chat with the women at the other tables. Luckily, his female colleagues were running around and took our order. 30 minutes later, he shows up laughing. I tell him it's a bit late, and he tells me it's not his problem! Wow, what a jerk! I've never met such an unpleasant waiter, and he doesn't get along with anyone at this restaurant, whose staff is usually lovely and efficient. In short, just one bad experience, but it won't stop us from coming back.

As a huge sushi lover, I have to admit that for me, HOKI SUSHI is the best sushi in Le Mans. The fish is always fresh and better than at other places. It's always a pleasure to go back to enjoy their sushi and sashimi, with a particular weakness for the sea bream! I can't wait to go back.
