The food was good. The fried food was average.
The service was pleasant.
It got noisy after 8 pm (I came on a Friday evening at 7 pm).

What a wonderful discovery in Saint-Saturnin! I had a truly delightful meal.
Everything was beautifully presented on the plates, especially the slices of fresh fish with avocado. The quality is exceptional, and you can tell the care and attention to detail goes into preparing the nigiri and sashimi.
This is a place I wholeheartedly recommend to Japanese food lovers. I will definitely be back.

I've been going to this restaurant for years and I've NEVER been disappointed! The staff is just so welcoming and lovely! (There's even an employee who comes to get her hair done at the salon where I work 🤭😉).
Nothing to complain about, just delicious and perfect!

The food is delicious and mostly cooked on-site—what more could you ask for? Special mention goes to the beef and cheese skewers, which are a real treat!

Contrary to what is written on the window, the lunch menu on weekdays is not all-you-can-eat. A significant portion of the menu is available for an additional charge, including sashimi.

A wonderful experience, our first time there, it was perfect, we'll definitely be back. A big thank you to the washer who served us throughout the evening and who came to tell us she was leaving because she had finished her shift. Keep up the good work, we'll be back for sure.

This concept can't be compared to other all-you-can-eat buffets; here, you're served on demand, with extra-fresh and generous portions of sushi. My son loves the mackerel sushi and insists that Hoki Sushi is where he eats the best sushi, maki, and stir-fried noodles. It's the only restaurant we go to when we're craving sushi.
We went there last night, and it's always a success.
