I tried it in 2016 and didn't find the meat good. In 2025, a friend convinced me to try it again, and this time the meat was excellent. I'd gladly go back.

We were looking for a good veggie burger, so we ordered the Milanese with gorgonzola, a perfectly cooked veggie patty, lime mayo, and pear seasoning... Delicious! It might not be a high-end brasserie, but the bread and ingredients are good, and the fries are homemade. The staff were out of pears when we arrived, but they made a detour to get some from the local grocery store. For comfort food right before a movie, it delivered! ;)

Good for the burger. Overcooked fries. A downside is the cleanliness of the floor, which sticks to your shoes. We eat with an afterthought for the food.

Holy Molly is a bit like an escape game: you come to eat, but your real challenge is to survive the meal. I was offered a collector's Olympic Coke Zero, expired nine months ago, almost like a partnership with a museum. The chicken? Undercooked. As a result, my stomach and I had a rodeo all day. As for the waiter... an Oscar-worthy performance for the role of the guy who would have preferred to be somewhere else. Not a smile, not a word, just boredom personified. Holy Molly? More like Holy Stomachache.

A very nice place, very chill, the staff is welcoming and nice, the music is too much pop for me but it was fun to listen to, the portions are great and the food is good, overall I spent an enjoyable time there!

13/10/2026: A very warm welcome and a very friendly restaurant. The menu looked very tempting. We had a lovely time. Unfortunately, I got sick immediately after lunch; the only thing I can think about is the salmon starter. It's a shame, it spoiled the experience.
18/09/2026: A truly wonderful discovery at Les Maraîchers in Rouen. The experience is captivating, both for the quality of the food and the attention to detail in the service. The team is exceptionally welcoming, kind, and attentive, with a real elegance in their hospitality. Here, every detail matters: even the simple act of pouring a glass of water is done with care and without haste (a small touch that speaks volumes about the restaurant's philosophy). The dishes are flavorful, refined, and generous, with excellent execution. The service, meanwhile, is exceptionally attentive, while remaining natural and warm. This is a place where they truly take the time to welcome their guests. A truly wonderful experience, which I wholeheartedly recommend. Unfortunately, I only photographed the appetizer, but I would have loved to share the main course as well, which deserved to be showcased just as much.

30/12/2025: Beautiful restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. We, together with our children, enjoyed the food and the ambiance.
24/12/2025: Rather expensive for the burgers, especially considering the presentation wasn't great: the shredded duck was overcooked, and the cheddar cheese placed directly on the meat wasn't hot. The same went for the bacon burger—the meat was overcooked and the cheese wasn't melted enough. Otherwise, the service was impeccable. Be aware that my plate was chipped... the fries were just okay... in short, it wasn't great.
