La FabriK sur Rouen

13/10/2026: A very warm welcome and a very friendly restaurant. The menu looked very tempting. We had a lovely time. Unfortunately, I got sick immediately after lunch; the only thing I can think about is the salmon starter. It's a shame, it spoiled the experience.

18/09/2026: A truly wonderful discovery at Les Maraîchers in Rouen. The experience is captivating, both for the quality of the food and the attention to detail in the service. The team is exceptionally welcoming, kind, and attentive, with a real elegance in their hospitality. Here, every detail matters: even the simple act of pouring a glass of water is done with care and without haste (a small touch that speaks volumes about the restaurant's philosophy). The dishes are flavorful, refined, and generous, with excellent execution. The service, meanwhile, is exceptionally attentive, while remaining natural and warm. This is a place where they truly take the time to welcome their guests. A truly wonderful experience, which I wholeheartedly recommend. Unfortunately, I only photographed the appetizer, but I would have loved to share the main course as well, which deserved to be showcased just as much.
