Wow to this satisfying breakfast with green juice, sautéed fresh mushrooms, bacon, egg, and the surprise hash brown round —- crisp on the outside and an almost chewy textures of grated fresh potatoes on the inside. The pancake was fluffy. My digestive system rejects every American sausage but the sausage here is good. It tastes delicious and traceable to meat without the taste of preservatives. Service par excellence w neighborhood warmth I was delighted to experience on this side of the world. We walked right into a table but when we walked out, practically every table was taken! Perfect timing so I would suggest to come early! Cool vibe!

Andi was still simply the best as was Valentine, Big John has been promoted to DAD! Congrats we missed seeing ya! Alice is another superstar that we had the pleasure meeting yesterday... This is a place I come to often, honestly my favorite brunch spot in Paris. It’s usually crowded on weekends, so you need to be prepared to queue, at least a 30-minute wait for weekend lunch. I always get the eggs and sides - scrambled eggs, with sausage patty, salad, and hash browns as my go-to toppings. The patty has fennel seeds inside, which makes it really delicious. I’d also highly recommend the hash browns. there are some grain inside like oat that gives it a nice kick. It’s all a fairly simple menu on paper, but they execute it so much better than most other places. The pancakes are soft and absolutely delicious. I recommend adding extra maple syrup. I usually get the filter coffee here, with milk added for just 0.50€ , a combo you honestly can’t find at most other Parisian cafés, which is one of the things I love most about this place. This spot gets a lot of international visitors, so all the servers speak great English. Even during the wait, they’re on top of checking who’s next and managing the line efficiently. The staff are always attentive and quick service here is genuinely excellent. Highly recommend.

I rarely go to the same restaurant twice on the same trip. But I've been to this one twice and would go a third time; the service was impeccable, from the food to the dishes! Definitely worth a visit.
