Holymelt sur Marseille

Passing through Marseille as a restaurant owner, the service was perfect! But above all, it was really delicious! The beef had a wonderful flavor, and the homemade sauces were excellent!

The best burgers in Marseille, without a doubt. Special mention goes to the Big Melt with extra maple-glazed bacon, and what can I say about the cheddar fries with spring onions, Holy Melt's signature dish? Everything is excellent, and for those with a sweet tooth, I recommend the brownie—it's divine. In short, I highly recommend it and especially encourage you to discover this gem (the delivery service is very convenient too).

For several years, I've ordered from HollyMelt, which I consider one of the best burgers in France. I used to recommend it everywhere. Unfortunately, the quality has declined lately, especially with the breaded chicken. It's overcooked: the texture is dry and the color is dark from the first bite. You can tell, whether it's in the burger or on a slide, it really ruins the experience. Yes, it's served very quickly (because it's already cooked), but personally, I prefer to wait longer to avoid getting chicken nuggets. I can understand that success and busy periods might lead to overcooking to save time, but this risks losing you customers. For my part, I won't order breaded chicken again as long as it stays like this. I hope you get back to your previous level, because the potential is still there.
