A lovely, well-located spot with fresh produce and a warm welcome. We had a wonderful time on a sunny Sunday. Scrambled eggs, buns, crème brûlée, and all the trimmings—the Dolce Vita on the French Riviera! ❤️💋🔥🌻

An amazing brunch! 🤩 Honestly, everything was delicious! The fruit and vegetable juice, with or without ginger, was divine. Special mention for the homemade carrot, buckwheat, and almond jam: absolutely divine! I even bought a jar to enjoy at home 😋 The praline chocolate mousse was to die for (not too sweet and therefore not cloying), the homemade brioche was excellent, and the vegetable platter was bursting with flavor. My only slight regret: I would have loved to try the scones! A good excuse to come back 😉 A generous, indulgent brunch with truly homemade products. A wonderful discovery!

What a magical family brunch! From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and smiles made us feel right at home. The portions were generous, and the dishes were delicate and delicious. And what can I say about the brioche, the chocolate-hazelnut mousse, and the homemade chocolate tart… A true delight! Everything is homemade with love, and you can taste it in every bite. I also recommend trying the carrot, vanilla, and almond jam: we left with a jar to enjoy at home! A wonderful place to discover without hesitation!

We enjoyed our breakfast there every morning. It's a street with all the shops you could need. There's a weekly market there on Tuesdays. The service at Holy Paulette was incredibly charming, and the owner knelt down in front of the table every time we ordered, so he was on eye level with his guests. His wife prepares the food with great care, and it tastes fantastic. We love this place. Unfortunately, we don't speak French, but the owner is very accommodating in all languages. He was very helpful to us in English. Thank you so much! We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant.
