A lovely, friendly, and efficient team! The dishes and desserts are delicious, homemade is clearly the focus, with a special mention for the truly scrumptious tarte tatin. Thank you so much, and please don't change a thing!

I highly recommend this place. Personally, I'm always hesitant to order fish in restaurants because it's often overcooked, but here the sea bream was simply delicious and the waitstaff were very friendly.

12/05/2026: A wonderful evening at Fleur de Sel. The service was impeccable, very kind and attentive. The cuisine was sophisticated, full of flavor, with perfectly balanced sauces and seasonings. The ingredients were fresh and seasonal, which was evident in every dish. A huge plus was their handling of allergens: the team was very attentive, reassuring, and clearly experienced with these dietary restrictions, which is rare and much appreciated. A place we will gladly return to.
