A fairly standard McDonald's. There's a nice outdoor play area for children when the weather is good. The parking lot is large and very easy to park. The staff is friendly and professional.

We arrived just at noon. As a result, it was spotless and smelled wonderful. The restrooms were also clean. No complaints about the service or the quantity of food. The products were piping hot.

Overall, it's good, and it's nice to be calm in a McDonald's.

When I ask a question in English, an answer would be appreciated. I was simply ignored and left there.

The food was good, the fries were too salty for my taste, but the main problem was the 15-minute wait at 2:30 PM when the restaurant was empty, and not even a simple apology for the delay.

Hello, we come often (once a week), but it's true there are quite a few problems! If not every time! There's always something missing! Often a hamburger or nuggets, and also always the Happy Meal toys or books. It's exhausting! We have to check every time we go. Strangely enough, I just went and yes, they forgot my Big Toasty! Nothing ever changes!!!! It's the convenience, but frankly, we're going somewhere else. But for once, I met a really lovely, friendly person at the drive-thru, funny and incredibly helpful, plus super professional. And today I saw her again; she's offering a Father's Day workshop! I don't know her name, but she's from Orchies, blonde with glasses, and for once, you have a gem who makes you want to come back and who cares about people.

I recommend this McDonald's, the staff are very efficient, especially the tall blond guy with blue eyes 😘😘

We received a truly wonderful welcome even though we arrived at closing time, thank you to all the staff for making our evening so special!
