The customer experience was excellent, from the food to the interactions… The dishes and desserts were flawless; everything was just right, but it was above all the subtle blend of different flavors combined with the visual appeal that made us truly enjoy it. Thank you for the culinary journey; you can feel the perfectionism in both the taste and the presentation (Bravo Chef!!!!) A big thank you to David for the service and the thoughtful touches.

07/08/2026: Very disappointed with this hotel considering the price and the promised amenities. We had to try three different rooms to find a decent one (and even then, it was questionable) after having to move because the hotel's air conditioning was incredibly noisy at night and early in the morning. The decor is outdated (Formica, carpet everywhere) and the hotel is in dire need of renovation/modernization (worn-out seals, an 80s-era telephone with no reception number, maintenance work not carried out by the technician who had recently been there...). The reception area isn't marked at the entrance (it's indistinguishable from the reception of the gourmet restaurant, with no sign indicating it), and no one was there to greet us upon arrival despite what's posted. Consequently, we didn't receive a parking pass for the hotel's private lot; fortunately, parking is free outside. Another drawback is the lack of shutters or blackout curtains (only roller blinds), so you'll be woken up as early as 6:30 or 7:00 AM if you're sensitive to light. The only positive points are the air conditioning (otherwise it's 32 degrees Celsius in the second-floor rooms) and the bedding. The restaurant staff were very kind to us in trying to find a solution to the noise problem, but the receptionist (to whom we returned the keys upon our departure four days later) didn't show much empathy when she learned of our difficulties and our room change. In short, we didn't feel like we were staying in a 3-star hotel, and given the location (Seclin isn't an amazing town), paying over €100 a night is too expensive.

04/08/2026: Le Bistro du Forgeron restaurant: perfect location in the city center, small parking lot for customers, a good selection on the menu, generous portions, reasonable prices, fresh and elegant cuisine, and very attentive service. Simple and friendly atmosphere; well-maintained establishment. We had a lovely and long lunch celebrating our birthday.

23/08/2026: Hello I called to place an order, and they told me the minimum order for delivery was €15. I ordered a pizza for €14 and two extras at €1.50 each. They told me the total would be €17, but to my surprise, the bill had jumped to €20.50 because of the €3.50 delivery fee. Why limit the order if I'm paying for delivery? And yes, I added a Merguez sausage... I'll let you judge for yourselves with the photo of the extra. Since I can't send you a reply to your Messenger message, I'm responding here. It would be the bare minimum to mention on the phone ☎️ that there would be a €3.50 delivery fee, and that would be clear. And can you explain the extras? Ask your delivery driver for an explanation; he clearly understood the situation, but your employee on site didn't at all...

08/08/2026: Frankly disappointing. I've ordered several times by phone, and each time the man is unpleasant and speaks quite rudely. The worst part is that at 9:30 PM, even though Google still indicates the restaurant is open, he doesn't even let you finish your order before curtly answering you. A little politeness and respect for customers would make all the difference.

20/08/2026: Second time I've ordered takeout, second time they've forgotten items today – two burgers. At your burger prices, it's outrageous, especially since you were far from being overwhelmed by customers.

17/08/2026: The sandwiches were good, served hot and friendly, however the furniture was extremely dirty. The tables hadn't been washed; we had to try several before finding one that was even remotely clean. The chairs and tables were sticky. I hope the armchairs had chocolate stains.
