An excellent restaurant in Chalon-sur-Saône! Everything is homemade, and it really shows in the food: everything is delicious, generous, and prepared with care. Special mention for the spring rolls, which are simply the best I've ever eaten! Vanna, the owner, is lovely, always smiling, and full of thoughtful touches for her customers. You immediately feel welcome. I wholeheartedly recommend Hong Kong!
