08/05/2024: Tolles Restaurant - sollten wir wieder mal in vor-Ort sein wäre es unsere 1.Wahl! Die kurzfristige Tischreservierung per Mail funktionierte innerhalb 1 Stunde. Das Konzept ist witzig - jeder Gang besteht aus einer Trilogie - und ist sehr gut gemacht, die Weinbegleitung ist im besten Wortsinn interessant ( und sehr großzügig eingeschenkt !) , die Atmosphäre hat uns gut gefallen und den engagierten Koch,Kellner,Chef ( alles in 1 Person ) zu erleben hat entscheidend dazu beigetragen das es für uns zu einem gelungenen Abend wurde. Mit 79€ inkl. Weinbegleitung nicht ganz billig aber für uns uneingeschränkt angemessen.

13/05/2024: Very good meal taken this afternoon on the terrace. Milanese escalope with homemade fries and Provencal tomato, Caesar salad and raspberry tiramisu, everything was really good. Value for money, nothing to complain about. I recommend 😊

14/07/2024: What can I say other than INCREDIBLE Whether it's from the service to the meal, everything is delicious! Unbeatable value for money, homemade in very unreasonable portions (to the pleasure of those with a sweet tooth), a salad for €15.90 (and not €20 as indicated below) with potatoes, a soft-boiled egg, chicken and many other ingredients that are just delicious, I'm not talking about the hamber which will more than fill you up with a homemade minced steak, served with fries and salad for €16.90, the roast camembert as well (and yes I'm a regular ) finally we could write a lot about it! And not forgetting the homemade desserts which are just as incredible and delicious as everything else! In short, you are greedy, you like home cooking, good humor and all this while you get away for not that much money and only one address: the Red Rock café in Chalon sur Saône 😁

02/07/2024: Before I would have had half a 5 star but between forgetting my bottle and 2nd my macaron at 3.5 which I paid but didn't get!!, and especially the taste of my wok, before it was a delight but between the taste of fat and the raw mushrooms and the elephant sauce which has no taste and the rubbery chicken ha and even in my wok there are missing ingredients for which I paid!!!, uh not sure that I will come back.!!!!!! !!
