One of the best restaurants we've ever eaten at! The owners are incredibly friendly, and you feel completely at ease in this wonderful restaurant from beginning to end. The food they offer is simply world-class, and their service is second to none. We wholeheartedly recommend it, and you should definitely spend at least one evening at Hors Piste on every visit to Les Sybelles! Thank you so much for this incredibly wonderful evening! And throughout the evening, you'll receive the most delicious amuse-bouches from the kitchen, the likes of which you could never have imagined – true culinary mastery! Small intimate restaurant with only 20 covers. Stunningly good food. We shared a Buddha bowl for starters although not strict veggies and had meat/fish for main course. Dessert to same standard. If this was a bigger venue, it would have a Michelin star. We are on dry January, so at Euro 150 for 2 it was ridiculously cheap for food at this level.

A gem in the mountains. Refined dishes served with a spectacular atmosphere. A very pleasant atmosphere. This restaurant is for true connoisseurs. I've already visited many different restaurants, and this one is in my top 3! Open from 6:30 PM. You can easily drive 100 km for this one; you won't regret it.

Off-Piste, this place is anything but! Indeed, everything here is so meticulously planned: from Olivier's warm welcome in this intimate setting to the dishes featuring local or international flavors prepared by Chef Vincent. "Green Piste" would have been more accurate, but so much less fun... However, the unique flavors brought by the combination of spices and sauces accompanying mostly high-quality local ingredients perfectly capture this off-the-beaten-path experience. We had a wonderful Christmas Eve where we exchanged small gifts and the best surprise was on our plates... For our next vacation, Saint-Sorlin d'Arves will be our top choice thanks to "Off-Piste"... BRAVO and THANK YOU again to Olivier and Vincent for the love and happiness they shared with us.

Simply fabulous. The service is unique. The cuisine is original and of very high quality. Great atmosphere. I recommend it 200% if you want to have a good time in an unusual, off-the-beaten-path setting. 👍💪
