A great address that I recommend, everything is perfect from the welcome to the dessert. Refined cuisine and a magnificent location. The Sybel’miche is a killer!! We had the opportunity to dine in the really unusual and very nice “chairlift cabin” 😊 See you next year, don't change anything

What a nice surprise! Everything is refined, authentic and original, like the hosts of this atypical place. A clever balance between tradition and creativity not to be missed. We are fans of the famous and renowned Sybel'miche 😉 Book in advance to have a table.

We had a pleasant time with the family, the welcome was warm and welcoming, the cuisine was excellent, the culinary journey was beyond our expectations. We chose the off-piste excursion menu: Japanese tataki, Tahitian ceviche, Sybel'miche bergère and dessert farandole, everything was delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant!!!!

In a cozy setting, excellent cuisine with multiple flavors and cooking methods prepared by 2 enthusiasts. The must: the Sybelles 'loaves, fondues served in a brioche bread which is gradually cut up before coating it with fondue. A delight.

We didn't know about this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised! The welcome was very warm and we discovered the sybel’Miche, a treat! The decor is superb On the other hand, you have to allow a little time, the service is long.

03/04/2024: Pretty good for a restaurant in a ski resort. Because most of them all have that log cabin interior. I specifically selected photos of the interior because I didn't want the log cabin feeling on my birthday on a ski trip. Parking is provided. So the interior was effectively different and fun. With a wood fire that made it cozy. The host was friendly and attentive and had a talent for serving guests. The hostess was more reserved. The food was quite tasty. Price quality was certainly okay. The tables were quite low and so were the chairs and benches. Putting a cushion on your chair solved the problem.
22/03/2024: Called in to meet friends for a drink......4 drinks later..😄....friendly staff...very up market. Thank you, Nicole, for making us feel very welcome

Le Chalet du Moulin

05/04/2024: A comfortable place to rest from skiing. Good beer, pleasant service, comfortable seating.
16/03/2024: The best fondue I have eaten, we also came back for a raclette, for the prime rib and the burgers 😍 everything was excellent! The staff and the boss are very welcoming and helpful, I recommend 100%
