Wir sind auf der Durchreise einige Male im Jahr hier und vom Hotel wie auch vom Restaurant immer wieder sehr begeistert. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und sehr kreativ. Waren mal wieder begeistert. Sehr empfehlenswert. Preisniveau hoch aber für das Angebotene angemessen. Aufmerksamer Service.

Beautiful place with a large room. Very good and copious cuisine, pleasant service. Just a little star less for forgetting the duck breast in the hot goat's cheese salad. Very correct and consistent price for a complete menu of starter, main course, cheese, dessert.

Das Restaurant hat eine sehr lange Tradition. Einst kochte hier eine in Frankreich berühmte Köchin. Sie ist aber schon lange tot (und sehr, sehr alt geworden). Die Michelin-Sterne sind seit einigen Jahren dahin. 2002 (1 Stern) durfte ich zuletzt hier essen. Das Essen ist aber immer noch gut, wenn auch zum Stern noch etwas Luft nach oben ist. Aber wer weiß, vielleicht schaffen sie es irgendwann wieder. Das Menu und die Weinbegleitung sind zu empfehlen (insgesamt ca. 150 Euro pro Person). Für das momentane Niceau (13 Gault Millau-Punkte) preislich angemessen. Auf der Durchreise abends gut essen, ist hier eine gute Idee.
